Availability

Genkgo aims to make the software available at all times. However, it is possible that the software platform needs to be put out of use temporarily for maintenance. If an update or maintenance is of limited duration, Genkgo can do this unannounced. For updates that take longer, Genkgo will put up a notice on the status page status.genkgo.com. These updates are also visible on the dashboard of the administrative software. Genkgo tries to organize this in such a way that there will be as little inconvenience as possible to the client.
