Webinar
Meetings between Genkgo and clients don’t take place on location, but via Genkgo’s own webinar environment. This is an online environment where a staff member shares their screen with the other participants. The participants and staff member(s) can talk to each other using their microphones. It is also possible to share text and links in the chat screen of the webinar.
When do we organize a webinar?
Webinars are only initiated by Genkgo, for things such as:
- Consults
- Sales related purposes
- Fixing bugs that require sharing the screen
