Extra feedback rounds

Projects include one round of feedback on the prototype website. The feedback can be sent after following the instructions in the feedback form attached when delivering the prototype website.

If you have more feedback after the included feedback round, for example because you overlooked certain things in the initial round, you can request an extra feedback round. This feedback will be processed and charged according to the conditions in our website adjustments policy.

When can I request an extra feedback round?

We prioritize processing feedback that is submitted under the following conditions:

• Until two weeks before the publication of the website
• Max. two weeks after publication of the website

When is the website publication?

Genkgo cannot guarantee priority for feedback submitted less then two weeks before and more than two weeks after publication, but the rates will be the same.

How can I submit extra feedback?

You can request an extra feedback round according to the instructions in the website adjustments policy.
